Gerd Hoffmann	5a37532d08	input: introduce keyboard handler list ... Add a linked list of keyboard handlers. Added handlers will go to the head of the list. Removed handlers will be zapped from the list. The head of the list will be used for events. This fixes the keyboard-dead-after-usb-kbd-unplug issue, key events will be re-routed to the ps/2 kbd instead of being discarded. Paolo Bonzini	0d09e41a51	hw: move headers to include/ ... Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification. Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target. However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
