Yi Min Zhao 6e92c70c37 s390x/pci: add common function measurement block
Common function measurement block is used to report zPCI internal
counters of successful pcilg/stg/stb and rpcit instructions to
a memory location provided by the program.

This patch introduces a new ZpciFmb structure and schedules a timer
callback to copy the zPCI measures to the FMB in the guest memory
at an interval time set to 4s.

An error while attemping to update the FMB, would generate an error
event to the guest.

The pcilg/stg/stb and rpcit interception handlers increase the
related counter on a successful call.
The guest shall pass a null FMBA (FMB address) in the FIB (Function
Information Block) when it issues a Modify PCI Function Control
instruction to switch off FMB and stop the corresponding timer.

Pierre Morel 0e7c259adf s390x/pci: rework PCI STORE BLOCK
Enhance the fault detection.

Fixup the precedence to check the destination path existance
before checking for the source accessibility.

Add the maxstbl entry to both the Query PCI Function Group
response and the PCIBusDevice structure.

Initialize the maxstbl to 128 per default until we get
the actual data from the hardware.

David Hildenbrand 468a93898a s390x/pci: pass the retaddr to all PCI instructions
Once we wire up TCG, we will need the retaddr to correctly inject
program interrupts. As we want to get rid of the function
program_interrupt(), convert PCI code too.

For KVM, we can simply use RA_IGNORED.

Convert program_interrupt() to s390_program_interrupt() directly, making
use of the passed address.

Yi Min Zhao de91ea92e9 s390x/pci: make S390PCIIOMMU inherit Object
Currently S390PCIIOMMU is a normal struct. Let's make it inherit Object
in order to take advantage of QOM. In addition, we move some stuff
related to IOMMU from S390PCIBusDevice to S390PCIIOMMU.

Markus Armbruster a9c94277f0 Use #include "..." for our own headers, <...> for others
Tracked down with an ugly, brittle and probably buggy Perl script.

Also move includes converted to <...> up so they get included before
ours where that's obviously okay.

Yi Min Zhao bf328399da s390x/pci: enable uid-checking
The uid-checking facility guarantees uniqueness of the uid within the
vm and exposes the real uid to the guest when listing pci devices.
Let's always enable it and present it to the guest in the response to
the list pci clp command.

Alexander Yarygin 6cb1e49de5 s390x/kvm: Support access register mode for KVM_S390_MEM_OP ioctl
Access register mode is one of the modes that control dynamic address
translation. In this mode the address space is specified by values of
the access registers. The effective address-space-control element is
obtained from the result of the access register translation. See
the "Access-Register Introduction" section of the chapter 5 "Program
Execution" in "Principles of Operations" for more details.

When the CPU is in AR mode, the s390_cpu_virt_mem_rw() function must
know which access register number to use for address translation.
This patch does several things:
- add new parameter 'uint8_t ar' to that function
- decode ar number from intercepted instructions
- pass the ar number to s390_cpu_virt_mem_rw(), which in turn passes it
to the KVM_S390_MEM_OP ioctl.

Frank Blaschka 863f6f52b7 s390: implement pci instructions
This patch implements the s390 pci instructions in qemu. It allows
to access and drive pci devices attached to the s390 pci bus.
Because of platform constrains devices using IO BARs are not
supported. Also a device has to support MSI/MSI-X to run on s390.
