Commit f6f4ce4211 ("s390x: add property adapter_routes_max_batch",
2016-12-09) introduces a common realize (intended to be common for all
the subclasses) for flic, but fails to make sure the kvm-flic which had
its own is actually calling this common realize.
This omission fortunately does not result in a grave problem. The common
realize was only supposed to catch a possible programming mistake by
validating a value of a property set via the compat machine macros. Since
there was no programming mistake we don't need this fixed for stable.
Let's fix this problem by making sure kvm flic honors the realize of its
parent class.
Let us also improve on the error message we would hypothetically emit
when the validation fails.

Let's vmstatify virtio_ccw_save_config and virtio_ccw_load_config for
flexibility (extending using subsections) and for fun.
To achieve this we need to hack the config_vector, which is VirtIODevice
(that is common virtio) state, in the middle of the VirtioCcwDevice state
representation. This is somewhat ugly, but we have no choice because the
stream format needs to be preserved.
Almost no changes in behavior. Exception is everything that comes with
vmstate like extra bookkeeping about what's in the stream, and maybe some
extra checks and better error reporting.

Split the file into public and internal interfaces. I have to rename
the external one because we can't have two include files with the same
name in the same directory. Build system gets confused. The only
exported functions are the ones that handle basic types.

s390_get_flic() is called many times to obtain the flic. This wastes a
lot of time as it calls object_resolve_path() every time. Let's cache
S390FLICState by defining it as static.

To make virtio-ccw supports more that 64 virtqueues we will have to
increase ADAPTER_ROUTES_MAX_GSI which is currently limiting the number if
possible adapter routes. Of course increasing the number of supported
routes can break backwards migration.
Let us introduce a compatibility property adapter_routes_max_batch so
client code can use the some old limit if in compatibility mode and
retain the migration compatibility.

According to the platform specification, under certain conditions,
pending IO interruptions have to be cleared. Let's add an interface

s390_flic_init() is a helper to create and realize either
"s390-flic-kvm" or "s390-flic-qemu". When qdev_init() fails, it
complains to stderr and succeeds.
Except it can't actually fail, because the "s390-flic-qemu" is a dummy
without a realize method, and "s390-flic-kvm"'s realize can't fail,
even when the kernel device is really unavailable. Odd.
Replace qdev_init() by qdev_init_nofail() to make "can't fail" locally
obvious, and get rid of the unreachable error reporting.

Make use of the new s390 adapter irq routing support to enable real
in-kernel irqfds for virtio-ccw with adapter interrupts.
Note that s390 doesn't provide the common KVM_CAP_IRQCHIP capability, but
rather needs KVM_CAP_S390_IRQCHIP to be enabled. This is to ensure backward
compatibility.

Introduce a common parent class for both cases, where kvm and non-kvm
can hook up callbacks. This will be used by follow-on patches for
adapter registration and mapping.
We now always have a flic, regardless of whether we use kvm; the
non-kvm implementation just doesn't do anything.

S390 can also use async page faults, to enhance guest scheduling.
In case of live migration we want to disable the feature and let
all pending request finish.
