9dd003a998 iotests: define group in each iotest
We are going to drop group file. Define group in tests as a preparatory
step.

The patch is generated by

    cd tests/qemu-iotests

    grep '^[0-9]\{3\} ' group | while read line; do
        file=$(awk '{print $1}' <<< "$line");
        groups=$(sed -e 's/^... //' <<< "$line");
        awk "NR==2{print \"# group: $groups\"}1" $file > tmp;
        cat tmp > $file;
    done

30729ae93b iotests: Provide a function for checking the creation of huge files
Some tests create huge (but sparse) files, and to be able to run those
tests in certain limited environments (like CI containers), we have to
check for the possibility to create such files first. Thus let's introduce
a common function to check for large files, and replace the already
existing checks in the iotests 005 and 220 with this function.

325dd915b2 iotests: Disable broken streamOptimized tests
streamOptimized does not support writes that do not span exactly one
cluster. Furthermore, it cannot rewrite already allocated clusters.
As such, many iotests do not work with it. Disable them.

b807a99369 tests/qemu-iotests/005: Add a sanity check for large sparse file support
"check -raw 005" fails when running on certain filesystems - these do not
support such large sparse files. Use the same check as in test 220 to
skip the test in this case.

11a82d1429 qemu-iotests: Improve portability by searching bash in the $PATH
Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.

Patch created mechanically by running:

  $ git grep -lE '#! ?/bin/bash' -- tests/qemu-iotests \
    | while read f; do \
      sed -i 's|^#!.\?/bin/bash$|#!/usr/bin/env bash|' $f; \

bf22957309 qemu-iotests: remove unused variable 'here'
Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests

has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.

sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)

339f06a3bc qemu-iotests: tests: do not set unused tmp variable
The previous commit removed the last usage of ${tmp} inside the tests
themselves; the only remaining users are sourced by check. So we can now
drop this variable from the tests.
