Markus Armbruster	177d9e0da0	Normalize header guard symbol definition. ... We commonly define the header guard symbol without an explicit value. Normalize the exceptions. Done with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl. Richard Henderson	8ca80760bf	disas: Support the Capstone disassembler library ... If configured, prefer this over our rather dated copy of the GPLv2-only binutils. This will be especially apparent with the proposed vector extensions to TCG, as disas/i386.c does not handle AVX.
