9dd003a998 iotests: define group in each iotest
We are going to drop group file. Define group in tests as a preparatory
step.

The patch is generated by

    cd tests/qemu-iotests

    grep '^[0-9]\{3\} ' group | while read line; do
        file=$(awk '{print $1}' <<< "$line");
        groups=$(sed -e 's/^... //' <<< "$line");
        awk "NR==2{print \"# group: $groups\"}1" $file > tmp;
        cat tmp > $file;
    done

046e07ca55 iotests/059: Filter out disk size with more standard filter
The actual disk space used by an image can vary between filesystems and
depending on other settings like an extent size hint. Replace the one
call of "$QEMU_IMG info" and the associated one-off sed filter with the
more standard "_img_info" and the standard filter from common.filter.

Apart from turning "vmdk" into "IMGFMT" and changing the placeholder for
cid fields, this only removes the "disk size" line.

c1eafd27b1 iotests: vmdk: Enable zeroed_grained=on by default
In order to avoid bitrot in the zero cluster code in VMDK, enable
zeroed_grain=on by default for the tests.

059 now unsets the default options because zeroed_grain=on works only
with some subformats and the test case tests many different subformats,
including those for which it doesn't work.

Just rm will not delete external data files. Use _rm_test_img every
time we delete a test image.

407fb56a8e iotests: Replace IMGOPTS= by -o
Tests should not overwrite all user-supplied image options, but only add
to it (which will effectively overwrite conflicting values). Accomplish
this by passing options to _make_test_img via -o instead of $IMGOPTS.

For some tests, there is no functional change because they already only
appended options to IMGOPTS. For these, this patch is just a
simplification.

For others, this is a change, so they now heed user-specified $IMGOPTS.
Some of those tests do not work with all image options, though, so we
need to disable them accordingly.

59fa68f3f3 qemu-iotests/059: Fix leaked image files
qemu-iotests 059 left a whole lot of image files behind in the scratch
directory because VMDK creates additional files for extents and cleaning
them up requires the original image intact (it parses qemu-img info
output to find all extent files), but the image overwrote it many times
like it works for all other image formats.

In addition, _use_sample_img overwrites the TEST_IMG variable, causing
new images created afterwards to reuse the name of the sample file
rather than the usual t.IMGFMT.

This patch adds an intermediate _cleanup_test_img after each subtest
that created an image file with additional extent files, and also after
each use of a sample image. _cleanup_test_img is also changed so that it
resets TEST_IMG after a sample image is cleaned up.

Note that this test was failing before this commit and continues to do
so after it. This failure was introduced in commit 9877860 ('block/vmdk:
Report failures in vmdk_read_cid()') and needs to be dealt with
separately.

b89689f5b2 iotests: Specify qcow2 format for qemu-io in 059
There are two instances of iotest 059 using qemu-io on a qcow2 image. As
of "qemu-iotests: Use qemu-io -f $IMGFMT" the iotests can no longer rely
