Cleber Rosa 2fe6f4d9ba Acceptance tests: use avocado.utils.ssh for SSH interaction
This replaces paramiko with avocado.utils.ssh module, which is based
on a (open)ssh binary, supposedly more ubiquitous.

Acceptance tests using the Avocado Framework

This directory contains functional tests, also known as acceptance
level tests.  They're usually higher level, and may interact with
external resources and with various guest operating systems.
