Use PPC_FEATURE2_ISEL and PPC_FEATURE2_VEC_CRYPTO from linux headers instead of the GNU specific PPC_FEATURE2_HAS_ISEL and PPC_FEATURE2_HAS_VEC_CRYPTO. This fixes build with musl libc.
