Eduardo Habkost 43a52ce657 pc: Kill pc_init_pci_1_0() 
The pc_init_pci_1_2()/pc_init_pci_1_0() split was made on commit
6fd028f64f, in preparation for commit
9953f8822c. The latter was reverted, so there's
no reason to keep two separate functions that do exactly the same, anymore.
