QOM *DECLARE* macros expect a typedef as first argument,
not a structure. Replace 'struct IRQState' by 'IRQState'
to avoid when modifying the macros:

Use OBJECT_DECLARE_SIMPLE_TYPE instead of DECLARE_INSTANCE_CHECKER.
