Markus Armbruster b0b1313eb2 qapi: Fix dangling references to docs/devel/qapi-code-gen.txt
Conversion of docs/devel/qapi-code-gen.txt to ReST left several
dangling references behind.  Fix them to point to
docs/devel/qapi-code-gen.rst.
