Eduardo Habkost b3bcb3cedf spapr: Eliminate SPAPR_PCI_2_7_MMIO_WIN_SIZE macro 
The macro is only used in one place, where the purpose of the
value is obvious.  Eliminate the macro so we don't need to rely
on stringify().
