socket leak fix

* fix socket leak in "DownloadRunnable"
* in "DownloadInitializer" close the HTTP body after doing range-request checks
* in "DownloadRunnableFallback" fix typo in comment
* in "DownloadDialog" fix regression, using one thread for audios instead of subtitles
