* Deduplicated and simplified a lot of code
* Fixed ``invalidSeekConditions`` so that it's possible to seek while the player is loading (like currently the case)

Add annotations to methods and parameters.
Replace Jetbrains' @NotNull with Androidx' @NonNull annotatiation.
Make class variables static if possible.
Use constants for some Strings.
Simplify if conditions.
