Use a custom TextView everywhere to be able to share with ShareUtils the selected text 
This TextView class extends the AppCompatTextView class from androidx.

These changes (only in XML ressources) allow us to share the selected text by using ShareUtils.shareText, which opens the Android system chooser instead of the Huawei system chooser on EMUI devices.

Added the ability to remove all watched videos from local playlists 
Changes:
 - local_playlist_control.xml
   * A copy of playlist_control.xml
   * To hold the 'Remove Watched Videos' buttton

 - local_playlist_header.xml
   * Changed the include layout	to now include local_playlist_control.xml

 - strings.xml
   * added string 'remove_watched' with value 'Remove Watched'

 - LocalPlaylistFragment.java
   * Added the functionality to remove watched videos,
      to the 'Remove Watched Videos' button in local_playlist_control.xml.
      In the background via AsyncTask.
      This will also change the playlist's thumbnail, if the thumbnail video is removed.

-Refactored and restructured all LocalItem related fragments and dialogs.
-Added error logging to unmonitored single-use observables.
-Modified playlist metadata query to return by alphabetical order.
-Removed sending toast when playlist is renamed or deleted as it is obvious.
-Removed unused code in main fragment.

-Enabled reordering, renaming, removing of items on playlist fragment.
-Enabled removal of dangling streams entries when history is cleared.
-Changed playlist append menu item to icon on service player activity.
-Added adapter and builder for local items, removed dependency on infoitem and existing infolist for database entry items.
-Removed watch history entity and DAO.
-Extracted info item selected listener to remove adding boilerplate code when long click functionality is optional.
-Fixed query returning no record on left join when right table is empty.
