bopol	29b639b454	Search: add isCorrectedSearch() and fix YoutubeSearchExtractor#getSearchSuggestion() ... isCorrectedSearch: see the javadoc getSearchSuggestion: in YoutubeSearchExtractor, it was giving the corrected search query.
