Alibek Omarov d6e77e531d engine: fix memory leak in netchan 
frag_message_buf wasn't always freed alongside with fragbuf_t
instead of ensuring frag_message_buf being freed, I turned it into
a flexible array member

* v6 equivalent cvars
* hostname resolving for v6
* fix for nonblocking hostname resolve (inverted check)
* enabled by default, probably should be disabled for dedicated servers

a1batross fc7fb8b62d engine: masterlist: replace master server domain by mentality.rip 
It is essentially the same as ms.xash.su but due to current situation, it is known to be blocked on some Ukrainian ISPs.

ms2.xash.su is retired for now.

Gleb Mazovetskiy 5e0a0765ce Trim all trailing whitespace 
The `.editorconfig` file in this repo is configured to trim all trailing
whitespace regardless of whether the line is modified.

Trims all trailing whitespace in the repository to make the codebase easier
to work with in editors that respect `.editorconfig`.

`git blame` becomes less useful on these lines but it already isn't very useful.

Commands:

```
find . -type f -name '*.h' -exec sed --in-place 's/[[:space:]]\+$//' {} \+
find . -type f -name '*.c' -exec sed --in-place 's/[[:space:]]\+$//' {} \+
```
