	ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED from parameters.
	(OP_OFF64): Likewise.
	(OP_ESreg): Call intel_operand_size.
	(OP_DSreg): Likewise.
	(OP_DIR): Use colon rather than semicolon as separator of far
	jump/call operands.
