dyn relocs when called to copy flags for a weak sym.
	* elf64-ppc.c (ppc64_elf_copy_indirect_symbol): Likewise.
	(ppc64_elf_merge_private_bfd_data): Delete.
	(bfd_elf64_bfd_merge_private_bfd_data): Define as
	_bfd_generic_verify_endian_match.
