* exec.c: Add two new instructions: smul, and divscc.
* interf.c (flush_windows): New routine to flush the register
windows out to the stack just before returning to GDB. Makes
backtraces work much better.

* compile.c (sim_resume, case "O_NOT"): Use ONOT instead
of OSHIFTS.
(ONOT): Define.
(sim_resume, shift/rotate cases): Add support for shift/rotate
by two bits.
(OSHIFTS): Corresponding changes.
Handling more H8/S ops.
INSTALL_PROGRAM, INSTALL_DATA): Use autoconf-set values.
(docdir): Removed.
* configure.in (AC_PREREQ): autoconf 2.5 or higher.
