a6743a5420 opcodes error messages 
Another patch aimed at making binutils comply with the GNU coding
standard.  The generated files require
https://sourceware.org/ml/cgen/2018-q1/msg00004.html

	* frv.opc: Include opintl.h.
	(add_next_to_vliw): Use opcodes_error_handler to print error.
	Standardize error message.
	(fr500_check_insn_major_constraints, frv_vliw_add_insn): Likewise.

ea16498d5a NDS32: Set branch instruction to relaxable. 
Relaxable fragments can be relaxed when there are alignment requirements.
Besides, insert a dummy fragment in the final to make sure that all
alignment is traversed.  Finally, convert these fragments
in md_convert_frag with relax_table.

40c7a7cb74 NDS32/opcodes: Add audio ISA extension and modify the disassemble implemnt. 
First, add nds32 audio ISA extension including opcodes and registers.
Second, redesign the disassemble implement.
The original disassemble decode instruction opcode using switch-case.
It is hard to synchronize when adding new instructions.
Therefore, the new implement reuses nds32_opcodes to dump the instructions.
