Two modifications:
1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
year ranges, as approved by the FSF.
* sim-endian.h: Don't have parameters on macro definitions which
are simply renaming functions, to permit use of XCONCAT2 in both
the macro name and the arguments in a use of such a definition.
In sim/ppc:
