Now that we require C++11, we can use vector::emplace_back to
construct elements in place instead of constructing and then copying.

This patch makes parse_expression and friends return a unique_ptr
instead of raw pointer [1]:
typedef gdb::unique_malloc_ptr<expression> expression_up;
and then adjusts the codebase throughout to stop using cleanups to
manage lifetime of expression pointers.
Whenever I found a structure owning an expression pointer, I made it
store a unique_ptr instead of a raw pointer, which then requires using
new/delete of the holding structure, instead of XNEW/xfree.
[1] - I'd like to set the rule that types named with an "_up" suffix
are unique_ptr typedefs.
Note I used gdb::unique_xmalloc_ptr instead of gdb::unique_ptr, simply
because we still use xmalloc instead of new to allocate expression
objects. Once that's changed, all we need to do is change the
expression_up typedef and the smart pointer will then call delete
instead of xfree.

This patch uses the target architecture rather then the objfile
architecture when encoding tracepoint actions.
The target architecture may contain additional registers. E.g. ARM VFP
registers. This information is needed to allow their collection. Since we
can never know whether the registers numbers in the target match the
binary's we have to use tdesc here.
One note about combined debuggers / multi-inferior from Pedro Alves:
In the combined debugger case taking Cell as the practical example that
gdb supports currently:
In that case, the main target_gdbarch() will be powerpc, but you may have set a
tracepoint on _spu_ code, which has a different gdbarch. so for that case,
target_gdbarch would be wrong. I think that in that case, we'd need to
find __the_ target/tdesc gdbarch that is (bfd) compatible with the
objfile's gdbarch.
I think cell/spu gdbserver doesn't support tracepoints, so we can ignore
this for now.
The multi-inferior/process case is somewhat related, but its simpler.
each inferior has its own gdbarch.
That is, target_gdbarch depends on the current inferior selected.
In fact, that just returns inferior->gdbarch nowaways.
No regressions, tested on ubuntu 14.04 ARMv7 and x86.
With gdbserver-{native,extended} / { -marm -mthumb }

Currently, we always re-set all locations of all breakpoints. This
commit makes us re-set only locations of the current program space.
If we loaded symbols to a program space (e.g., "file" command or some
shared library was loaded), GDB must run through all breakpoints and
determine if any new locations need to be added to the breakpoint.
However, there's no reason to recreate locations for _other_ program
spaces, as those haven't changed.
Similarly, when we create a new inferior, through e.g., a fork, GDB
must run through all breakpoints and determine if any new locations
need to be added to the breakpoint. There's no reason to destroy the
locations of the parent inferior and other inferiors. We know those
won't change.
In addition to being inneficient, resetting breakpoints of inferiors
that are currently running is problematic, because:
- some targets can't read memory while the inferior is running.
- the inferior might exit while we're re-setting its breakpoints,
which may confuse prologue skipping.
I went through all the places where we call breakpoint_re_set, and it
seems to me that all can be changed to only re-set locations of the
current program space.
The patch that reversed threads order in "info threads" etc. happened
to make gdb.threads/fork-plus-thread.exp expose this problem when
testing on x86/-m32. The problem was latent and masked out by chance
by the code-cache:

When reviewing Jose's USDT probe support patches. Basically, in his
patch he had to create dummy functions for the set_semaphore and the
clear_semaphore methods of probe_ops (gdb/probe.h), because those
functions were called inconditionally from inside gdb/breakpoint.c and
gdb/tracepoint.c. However, the semaphore concept may not apply to all
types of probes, and this is the case here: USDT probes do not have
semaphores (although SDT probes do).
Anyway, this is a simple (almost obvious) patch to guard the call to
{set,clear}_semaphore. It does not introduce any regression on a
Fedora 20 x86_64.
I will apply it in a few days in case there is no comment.

This patch fixes PR16508, which is about MI "-trace-find frame-number 0"
behaves differently from CLI "tfind 0". In CLI, we check both
status->running and status->filename, but in MI, we only check
status->running, which looks wrong to me. This patch moves the code
of checking to a new function check_trace_running, and use it in
both CLI and MI.
This patch also adds a test case pr16508.exp, which fails without this
fix, and passes with the fix applied.

This changes the probes to be independent of the program space.
After this, when a probe's address is needed, it is determined by
applying offsets at the point of use.
This introduces a bound_probe object, similar to bound minimal
symbols. Objects of this type are used when it's necessary to pass a
probe and its corresponding objfile.
This removes the backlink from probe to objfile, which was primarily
used to fetch the architecture to use.
This adds a get_probe_address function which calls a probe method to
compute the probe's relocated address. Similarly, it adds an objfile
parameter to the semaphore methods so they can do the relocation
properly as well.

treatment of "*". On the theory that quoting cannot hurt but the
absence possibly can, I chose the gdbserver variant to be the
canonical one.

See the comments to them in 'enum target_xfer_status'. Note that
Pedro suggested not name TARGET_XFER_DONE, as it is confusing,
compared with "TARGET_XFER_OK". We finally name it TARGET_XFER_EOF.
With this change, GDB core can handle unavailable data in a convenient
way.

Consider an object/value like this:

where D is valid data, and xxx is unavailable data, and I is beyond
the end of the object (Invalid). Currently, if we start the
xfer at 0, requesting, say 512 bytes, we'll first get back 100 bytes.
The xfer machinery then retries fetching [100,512), and gets back
TARGET_XFER_E_UNAVAILABLE. That's sufficient when you're either
interested in either having the whole of the 512 bytes available,
or erroring out. But, in this scenario, we're interested in
the data at [150,512). The problem is that the last
TARGET_XFER_E_UNAVAILABLE gives us no indication where to
start the read next. We'd need something like:

This naturally implies pushing down the decision of whether
to return TARGET_XFER_E_UNAVAILABLE or something else
down to the target. (Which kinds of leads back to tfile
itself reading from RO memory from file (though we could
export a function in exec.c for that that tfile delegates to,
instead of re-adding the old code).
Beside this change, we also add a macro TARGET_XFER_STATUS_ERROR_P to
check whether a status is an error or not, to stop using "status < 0".
This patch also eliminates the comparison between status and 0.
No target implementations to to_xfer_partial adapts this new
interface. The interface still behaves as before.

I happen to see traceframe_fun and traceframe_sal are static variables,
which are not necessary to me. They are only used in set_traceframe_context,
and they are not stateful. This patch is to remove them.
