Aleksandar Ristovski 2e618c13af * bcache.c (bcache_data): Call deprecated_bcache_added function. 
(deprecated_bcache_added): New function name. Body of function
	bcache_data is used here with the addition of 'added' argument.
	* bcache.h (deprecated_bcache_added): New function.
	* symfile.c (add_psymbol_to_bcache): New helper function, takes part of
	work from add_psymbol_to_list - initialises partial symbol and stashes
	it in objfile's cache.
	(append_psymbol_to_list): New helper function, takes other part of
	work from add_psymbol_to_list - adds partial symbol to the given list.
	(add_psymbol_to_list): Call helper functions instead of doing work
	here. If adding to global list, do not duplicate partial symbols in the
	partial symtab.

        * gdbthread.h, thread.c: Move _initialize_thread prototype to the .c
        file.
        * breakpoint.c, breakpoint.h: Move _initialize_breakpoint prototype
        to the .c file.

        * abug-rom.c alpha-nat.c alpha-tdep.c annotate.c ax-gdb.c bcache.c:
        Standardize comments for the prototype section of these files.

        * configure.in: Look in libc for wctype before looking for it in libc.

The last one is to fix the GNU ld (~2.9.1) + Solaris 2.6 interaction problem
where an empty stub library (libw) causes a core dump when we call vasprintf
(e.g. `info br') in the final linked gdb.

assumption that an int can hold a char *.

	* bcache.h (struct hashlink): Wrap data[] inside union with
	double to force longest alignment.
	(BCACHE_DATA): New macro to access data[].
	(BCACHE_ALIGNMENT): New macro to get offset to data[].
	* bcache.c (lookup_cache, bcache): Use BCACHE_DATA to get
 	address of cached data.  Use BCACHE_ALIGNMENT to compute
	amount of space to allocate for each hashlink struct.
