searches the correct tool directory, based on the target alias.
For example, "configure --enable-targets=m68k-coff i386-linux"
will search /usr/local/i386-linux/lib for linux and
/usr/local/m68k-coff/lib for m68k-coff.

* configure.tgt: Add special tdir settings for Linux.
