This appeared in DWARF4 but is supported only in gcc's -gdwarf-5,
support it in a way that makes the output be the same for both cases:

Build instructions:
1. install cmake
2. mkdir build
3. cd build
4. cmake -D__LIB=lib ..
5. make install
Default is to be installed on /usr/local, see rpm spec file for
installing on other places.
