	Clear last_group if nop was emitted.
	(fixup_errata): load_group has only 2 entries.
	Optimize.

	(SubMap.firstKey): Do a better check for empty SubMap, and if it is,
	throw a NoSuchElementException.
	(SubMap.lastKey): Likewise.
