GPLUSPLUS_INCLUDE_DIR_ADD_SYSROOT for "add_sysroot" field.
* configure.ac (AC_SUBST): Add gcc_gxx_include_dir_add_sysroot to
control whether sysroot should be prepended to gxx include dir.
* configure: Regenerate.
