	* opts-common.c (set_option): Support HOST_WIDE_INT flag_var.
	(option_enabled): Likewise.

	* opts.h (cl_option): Add cl_host_wide_int.  Change var_value
	to HOST_WIDE_INT.

	* configure: Regenerate.
