* Makefile.tpl (STAGE2_CFLAGS, STAGE3_CFLAGS, STAGE4_CFLAGS): New.
(do-compare, do-compare3, do-compare-debug): New.
([+compare-target+]): Use them.
contrib/ChangeLog:
* compare-debug: New.
