	TSS procedure rather than generating inline code.

	* exp_tss.ads (TSS_Slice_Assign): New TSS procedure for one-dimensional
	arrays with controlled components.

	(mips_symbolic_constant_p): Use it in the SYMBOL_SMALL_DATA and
