Ralf Wildenhues 98791cfdb3 Fix placement of LIBTOOLFLAGS variable in v3 makefile.am. 
libstdc++-v3/:
	* libsupc++/Makefile.am (LTCOMPILE): Expand $(LIBTOOLFLAGS)
	before --mode argument.
	* libsupc++/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
