* stdio/Makefile: All mpn stuff moved to stdlib/Makefile.
* stdio/printf_fp.c: Use ../stdlib to find fpioconst.h and gmp
headers.
* stdlib/strtod.c: Don't use ../stdio to find fpioconst.h and gmp
headers.
