* stdio/internals.c (seek_to_target): Set errno if seek function
returns the wrong offset.
* wcsmbs/wcsrtombs.c [! EILSEQ] (EILSEQ): Define to EINVAL.
* wcsmbs/wcrtomb.c: Likewise.
* stdio-common/vfprintf.c: Include errno.h.
