	* localedata/tst-trans.c: Add code to test printf's I flag with locale.
	* localedata/tst-trans.sh: Set GCONV_PATH for compilation environment.
	* localedata/tests/trans.def: Add outdigit information.

	* localedata/tst-mbswcs3.c: Remove comment.
