	(Internet Namespace): Added some paragraphs about IPv6.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/socket.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/bits/socket.h: Likewise.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/if_index.c: Remove use of SIOCGIFCOUNT
	(2.2.x kernels won't have it).
