We now define all virtual base address constants using IOMEM() so that
those are naturally typed as void __iomem pointers, and we do the
necessary adjustements in the mach-kirkwood code.
Note that we introduce a few temporary additional "unsigned long"
casts when calling into plat-orion functions. Those are removed by
followup patches converting plat-orion functions to void __iomem
pointers as well.

Since we are going to use IOMEM() to define many base virtual
addresses, we can no longer use binary or to define the individual
register addresses ("binary or" arithmetic on pointers is not
allowed). Instead, use the more conventional plus operator to do so.
The binary or operators were actually not useful because the low-order
bits of the base address were always zero, so the usage of the binary
or operators was effectively identical to a plus operator.

This is a first attempt to support the km_kirkwood reference design with
a device tree. This km_kirkwood design is present in many Keymile
products. It is based on the Marvell Bobcat SOC which integrates a
Kirkwood CPU next to a big L2 Ethernet Switch. The Kirkwood in the SOC
is very similar to the "normal" one, but there are a few differences.
This initial support is minimal: the kernel can boot with network
(ge0), serial port and NAND functional.

In preparation to support multi-platform kernels, move all the dtb targets

Most platforms don't need mach/gpio.h and it prevents multi-platform
kernel images. Add CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H and make platforns select it
if they need gpio.h. This is platforms that define __GPIOLIB_COMPLEX
or have lots of implicit includes pulled in by mach/gpio.h.
at91 and omap have gpio clean-up pending and can drop
CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H once that is in.

As Stephen Rothwell reports, a849088aa1 ("ARM: Fix ioremap() of
address zero") from the arm-current tree and commit c279443709 ("ARM:
Add fixed PCI i/o mapping") from the arm-soc tree conflict in
a nontrivial way in arch/arm/mm/mmu.c.
Rob Herring explains:
The PCI i/o reserved area has a dummy physical address of 0 and
needs to be skipped by ioremap searches. So we don't set
VM_ARM_STATIC_MAPPING to prevent matches by ioremap. The vm_struct
settings don't really matter when we do the real mapping of the
i/o space.
Since commit a849088aa1 is at the start of the fixes branch
in the arm tree, we can merge it into the branch that contains
the other ioremap changes.

The default 256 KiB coherent pool may be too small for some of the Kirkwood

While building the dtbs target, one is getting:

The mv643xx ethernet controller limits the packet size for the TX
checksum offloading. This patch sets this limits for Kirkwood and
Dove which have smaller limits that the default.
As a side note, this patch is an updated version of a patch sent some years
ago: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2010-June/017320.html
which seems to have been lost.

The two different variants of QNAP TS devices, varying by SoC, put the

Commit 98d9986 (ARM: Kirkwood: Replace clock gating) and the fix 5fb2ce
(ARM: Kirkwood: clk_register_gate_fn: add fn assignment) introduced a custom
variant of clock gating which allows to define a function to be called
before gating the clock off.
This is used to disable the SATA and PCIe PHYs if the respective clocks
are unused after initialization.
However, of these two drivers, the SATA driver may be compiled as a module.
The driver re-enables the clocks at module init but the PHYs stay disabled.
Since the custom clock gating disabled the PHYs when gating the clock off,
it should also re-enable them when enabling the clock gate. This is done by
adding a second function that may be used to enable the PHYs.

Marvell engineers tell us:
It seems that many units use the RUNIT clock.
SPI, UART, NAND, TWSI, ...
So it's not possible to clock gate it.
Currently the SPI, NAND and TWSI driver will clk_prepaure_enable()
this clk, but since we have no idea what ... is, and turning this clk
off results in a hard lock, unconditionally enable runit.

The orion watchdog is expecting to be passed the physcial address of
the hardware, and will ioremap() it to give a virtual address it will
use as the base address for the hardware. However, when creating the
platform resource record, a virtual address was being used.
Add the necassary #define's so we can pass the physical address as
expected.
Tested on Kirkwood and Orion5x.

When the ethernet driver was built as a module, it would lock the
machine when loaded. At boot the ethernet clks are unused, so get
turned off. Later, when the module is loaded, the probe function
would access the hardware before the clock was restarted, and the
machine would lock. It has also been determined that when the clk is
turned off, the interface forgets its MAC address, which for most
systems, is set by the boot loader.
When the machine setup file creates a platform device for the
interface, prepare and enable the clock for the interface. This will
ensure it is not turned off. However, if the setup file only
instantiates one platform device, the other will have its clk
disabled, thus maybe saving a little power.

Most PCI implementations use the standard PCI swizzle function, which
handles the well defined behaviour of PCI-to-PCI bridges which can be
found on cards (eg, four port ethernet cards.)
Rather than having almost every platform specify the standard swizzle
function, make this the default when no swizzle function is supplied.
Therefore, a swizzle function only needs to be provided when there is
something exceptional which needs to be handled.
This gets rid of the swizzle initializer from 47 files, and leaves us
with just two platforms specifying a swizzle function: ARM Integrator
and Chalice CATS.

Add a varient of the basic clk-gate code. This variant calls a
function before gating the clock off. This function is used to disable
the SATA or PCIe PHY.
Now that all the drivers prepare and enable there clk as needed, there
is no need for the common code to keep track of which clocks need
gating on. Let the common clock framework turn off clocks which are
not used.
Buy using the added clk varient, when the clk framework turns off SATA
or PCIe clocks, we also disabled SATA and PCIe PHYs which were not
needed.
The function kirkwood_pcie_id() can now be called outside of __init
code, so remove this property for it, and functions it calls.

The t_clk is moved from the shared part of the ethernet driver into
the per port section. Each port can have its own gated clock, which it
needs to enable/disable, as oppossed to there being one clock shared
by all ports. In practice, only kirkwood supports this at the moment.

These changes are all specific to one board only. We're trying to keep
the number of board files low, but generally board level updates are
ok on platforms that are working on moving towards DT based probing,
which will eventually lead to removing them.
The board-ams-delta.c board file gets a conflict between the removal of
ams_delta_config and the addition of a lot of other data. The Kconfig
file has two changes in the same line, and in exynos, the power domain
cleanup conflicts with the addition of the image sensor device.

Move all dreamplug-specific code out of board-dt.c and into
board-dreamplug.c. This way new boards that are added during the
conversion to fdt don't clutter up board-dt.c.

We need to absorb kirkwood_init() into kirkwood_dt_init() so that as we
convert drivers, we can remove the platform call, eg
kirkwood_rtc_init(). This maintains compatibility with non-fdt
configurations because they still call kirkwood_init() in common.c.
As drivers are converted, we will reinstate the 'static' qualifier in
common.c.
