This series from Tomasz Figa restores support for the pwm clocksource
in Exynos, which was broken during the conversion of the platform
to the common clk framework. The clocksource is only used in one
board in the mainline kernel (universal_c210), and this makes it
work for DT based probing as well as restoring the non-DT based
case.

Turns out that multiplatform breaks some uses cases, such as when you
have an existing defconfig, since it adds the new EXYNOS_SINGLE config
option as a dependecy. As a result, nearly all exynos config options
will be disabled by default.
Reverting instead of rebasing since this branch is pulled in as a
dependency elsewhere.

On device tree enabled exynos platforms, retrieve the physical base address
of the chip-id controller from device tree and create a virtual I/O mapping
for the chip-id controller. This helps to remove the chip-id controller entry
from the statically defined I/O mapping tables.

The platform code knows the IRQ base, while the irqchip driver
should really not. This is a littly hacky because we still
hardwire the IRQ base to 160 for the combiner in the DT case,
when we should really use -1. Removing that line will cause
a linear IRQ domain to be use, as we should.

We can find out the number of combined IRQs from the device
tree, but in case of ATAGS boot, the driver currently uses
hardcoded values based on the SoC type. We can't do that
in general for a multiplatform kernel, so let's instead pass
this information from platform code directly in case of
ATAGS boot.

For the non-DT case, the mct_init() function requires access
to a couple of platform specific constants, but cannot include
the header files in case we are building for multiplatform.
This changes the interface to the platform so we pass all
the necessary data as arguments to mct_init.

The new common clock drivers for exynos are using compile
time constants and soc_is_exynos* macros to provide backwards
compatibility for pre-DT systems, which is not possible with
multiplatform kernels. This moves all the necessary
information back into platform code and removes the mach/*
header inclusions.

This makes it possible to enable the exynos platform as part of a
multiplatform kernel, in addition to keeping the single-platform
exynos support.
The multiplatform variant has a number of limitations at the moment:
* It only supports DT-enabled machines. This is not a problem in
the long run, as non-DT machines for exynos are going away.
The main problem here is that the gpio code and the exynos_eint
irqchip are not multiplatform capable but still required for
ATAGS based boot.
* The watchdog driver is still missing a conversion.
* sparsemem and memory_holes are currently not supported in
multiplatform.
The the multiplatform aware ARCH_EXYNOS Kconfig symbol is disabled
for now, as dependent patches are still pending in other
subsystem trees. We will enable it once everything comes together.

This patch defines irq numbers of ARM performance monitoring unit for exynos4.
Firs of all, we need to fix IRQ_PMU correctly and to split pmu initialization
of exynos from plat-samsung for easily defining it.
The number of CPU cores and PMU irq numbers are vary according to soc types.
So, we need to identify each soc type using soc_is_xxx function and to define
the pmu irqs dynamically. For example, the exynos4412 has 4 cpu cores and pmus.

The functions exynos4_clk_init and exynos4_clk_register_fixed_ext
are applicable only on Exynos4 non-dt platforms. But when building
Exynos5 platforms without including Exynos4 platforms, the following
errors show up.

The clock speed of xxti and xusbxti clocks depends on the oscillator
used on the board to generate these clocks. For non-dt platforms,
allow the board support for those platforms to set the clock frequency
of xxti and xusbxti clocks.

Since the clock initialization should be completed prior to the mct
timer initialization, create a new function 'exynos_init_time' that
first sets up the clock and then invokes the timer initialization
function. The 'init_time' callback in the board files are updated to
invoke this new wrapper function.

The clocksource and irqchip drivers are now abstracted to the point
where platforms that are already cleaned up do not need to even specify
the driver they use, it can all get configured from the device tree
as we do for normal device drivers. The clocksource changes basically
touch every single platform in the process.
We further clean up the use of platform specific header files here,
with the goal of turning more of the platforms over to being
"multiplatform" enabled, which implies that they cannot expose
their headers to architecture independent code any more.
It is expected that no functional changes are part of the cleanup.

Exynos boot is broken with commit 0529e315 (ARM: use common irqchip_init
for GIC init). This commit split the irqchip initialization into 2 calls
to of_irq_init. This does not work because of_irq_init requires interrupt
parents to be in the match list.
Rather than reverting exynos changes, make it do the proper thing by using
IRQCHIP_DECLARE. This requires moving the combiner code to drivers/irqchip.

Since exynos5440 can support only common clk stuff, so this
patch skips legacy exynos5 clock initialization.

few around hotplug/suspend/resume on Exynos.
It includes a split-up of some of the OMAP clock data into separate
files which adds to the diffstat, but gross delta is fairly reasonable.

The recent commit "ARM: EXYNOS: add support for EXYNOS5440 SoC" broke
support for exynos5250 because of_machine_is_compatible() was used too
early in the boot process. It also probably meant that the exynos5440
failed to use the proper iotable. Switch to use
of_flat_dt_is_compatible() in both of these cases.
The failure I was seeing in exynos5250 because of this was:
