qemu-ga: sample fsfreeze hooks

Adds sample hook scripts for --fsfreeze-hook option of qemu-ga.
  - fsfreeze-hook : execute scripts in fsfreeze-hook.d/
  - fsfreeze-hook.d/mysql-flush.sh.sample : quiesce MySQL before snapshot
