Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
--pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.
Followed by:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
$(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers
a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h)
actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there
instead.
hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h
and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h.
Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h.
While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h.
Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects.

There is only one header file requiring this typedef (hw/arm/pxa.h),
let it include "hw/pcmcia.h" directly to simplify "qemu/typedefs.h".
To clean "qemu/typedefs.h", move the declaration to "hw/pcmcia.h"
(removing the forward declaration).

This command lists PCMCIA sockets and cards. Only a few ARM boards
have sockets (akita, borzoi, connex, mainstone, spitz, terrier, tosa,
verdex, z2), the only card is the DSCM-1xxxx Hitachi Microdrive (qdev
"microdrive"), and it is only inserted during machine init, if ever.
So this command doesn't really tell anybody anything new so far.
Moreover, pcmcia_socket_unregister() has a use-after-free bug, flagged
by Coverity. Has never been used, because there has never been code
to eject a PCMCIA card.
Not worth fixing & converting to QMP. Remove it.

Move callbacks to new PCMCIACardClass.
Derive TYPE_MICRODRIVE from TYPE_PCMCIA_CARD.

Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification.
Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending
on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target.
However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
