Markus Armbruster 3979fca4b6 disas: Rename include/disas/bfd.h back to include/disas/dis-asm.h
Commit dc99065b5f (v0.1.0) added dis-asm.h from binutils.

Commit 43d4145a98 (v0.1.5) inlined bfd.h into dis-asm.h to remove the
dependency on binutils.

Commit 76cad71136 (v1.4.0) moved dis-asm.h to include/disas/bfd.h.
The new name is confusing when you try to match against (pre GPLv3+)
binutils. Rename it back. Keep it in the same directory, of course.

Lluís Vilanova ca66f1a174 disas: Remove unused macro '_'
Eliminates a future compilation error when UI code includes the tracing
headers (indirectly pulling "disas/bfd.h" through "qom/cpu.h") and
GLib's i18n '_' macro.

Daniel P. Berrange ef1e1e0782 maint: avoid useless "if (foo) free(foo)" pattern
The free() and g_free() functions both happily accept
NULL on any platform QEMU builds on. As such putting a
conditional 'if (foo)' check before calls to 'free(foo)'
merely serves to bloat the lines of code.

Peter Maydell 7230818a2b disas/sparc: Remove unused data sparc_opcode_archs[]
Remove sparc_opcode_archs and the macros which use it, because we don't
use them in QEMU and they provoke clang warnings:

Richard Henderson c470b663f7 tcg-sparc: Rename ADDX/SUBX insns
The pre-v9 ADDX/SUBX insns were renamed ADDC/SUBC for v9.
Standardizing on the v9 name makes things less confusing.
