Thomas Huth 2c2311c545 ui/console-gl: Add support for big endian display surfaces
This is required for running QEMU on big endian hosts (like
PowerPC machines) that use RGB instead of BGR byte ordering.

Peter Maydell e16f4c8770 ui: Clean up includes
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers
which it implies are not included manually.

Gerd Hoffmann c046d82844 shaders: initialize vertexes once
Create a buffer for the vertex data and place vertexes
there at initialization time.  Then just use the buffer
for each texture blit.
