* Unify function and type naming
* use dynamic cast whenever possible
* simplify Debug printf.
* use new style device intialization.

a50c0d6f72 i.MX: split GPT and EPIT timer implementation 
There is no common code between these 2 timer implementation.
So it is better to split them.
