3b6b4997b3 shippable: add one more qemu to registry url
The registry url is <project>/<repo>/qemu/<image>

Perhaps we should rationalise that some day but for now.

767b6bd22b tests/docker: change tag naming scheme of our images
We've been misusing the tag naming scheme for some time by overloading
the post : section with the image type. Really it should be saved for
the revision of that particular build. Move the details to the other
side so we have:

  qemu/image-name

with the implied :latest version added by the tooling.

bc4486fb23 ci: build out-of-tree
Most developers are using out-of-tree builds and it was discussed in the past
to only allow those. To prepare for the transition, use out-of-tree builds
in all continuous integration jobs.

Based on a patch by Marc-André Lureau.

139108f684 .shippable.yml: disable the win cross tests
The pkg.mxe.cc package repositories have been down for the last two
weeks causing the builds to fail when shippable re-builds the
containers.

This is really just a sticking plaster until we can get our own docker
hub images properly setup so we can avoid having dependencies on
external repos.

d92d886a3b .shippable.yml: new CI provider
Ostensibly Shippable offers a similar set of services as Travis.
However they are focused on Docker container based work-flows so we
can use our existing containers to run a few extra builds - in this
case a bunch of cross-compiled targets on a Debian multiarch system.
