Bernhard Beschow 215caca6bf hw/isa: Inline and remove one-line isa_init_irq() 
isa_init_irq() has become a trivial one-line wrapper for isa_get_irq().
It can therefore be removed.

Bernhard Beschow e89d9fa385 hw/rtc/m48t59-isa: QOM'ify IRQ number 
Exposing the IRQ number as a QOM property not only allows it to be
configurable but also to be printed by standard QOM mechanisms. This allows
isabus_dev_print() to be retired eventually.

Eduardo Habkost db1015e92e Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes 
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

Replace

    dev = isa_create(bus, type_name);
    ...
    qdev_init_nofail(dev);

by

    dev = isa_new(type_name);
    ...
    isa_realize_and_unref(dev, bus, &error_fatal);

Recent commit "qdev: New qdev_new(), qdev_realize(), etc." explains
why.

Move it under the hw/rtc/ subdirectory.
