74c0b816ad replay: pass raw icount value to replay_save_clock
This avoids lock recursion when REPLAY_CLOCK is called inside the
timers spinlock.

d759c951f3 replay: push replay_mutex_lock up the call tree
Now instead of using the replay_lock to guard the output of the log we
now use it to protect the whole execution section. This replaces what
the BQL used to do when it was held during TCG execution.

We also introduce some rules for locking order - mainly that you
cannot take the replay_mutex while holding the BQL. This leads to some
slight sophistry during start-up and extending the
replay_mutex_destroy function to unlock the mutex without checking
for the BQL condition so it can be cleanly dropped in the non-replay
case.

f186d64d8f replay: move internal data to the structure
This patch moves replay static variables into the structure
to allow saving and loading them with savevm/loadvm.

8eda206e09 replay: recording and replaying clock ticks
Clock ticks are considered as the sources of non-deterministic data for
virtual machine. This patch implements saving the clock values when they
are acquired (virtual, host clock).
When replaying the execution corresponding values are read from log and
transfered to the module, which wants to read the values.
Such a design required the clock polling to be synchronized. Sometimes
it is not true - e.g. when timeouts for timer lists are checked. In this case
we use a cached value of the clock, passing it to the client code.
