02b7035d15 scripts/coverity-scan/COMPONENTS.md: Update slirp component info
Update the regex for the slirp component now that it lives
solely inside /slirp/, and note that it should be ignored in
Coverity analysis (because it's a separate upstream project
now, and they run Coverity on it themselves).

7906f11e62 oss-fuzz: ensure base_copy is a generic-fuzzer
Depending on how the target list is sorted in by qemu, the first target
(used as the base copy of the fuzzer, to which all others are linked)
might not be a generic-fuzzer. Since we are trying to only use
generic-fuzz, on oss-fuzz, fix that, to ensure the base copy is a
generic-fuzzer.

d5b5023691 oss-fuzz: remove binaries from qemu-bundle tree
oss-fuzz is finding possible fuzzing targets even under qemu-bundle/.../bin, but they
cannot be used because the required shared libraries are missing. Since the
fuzzing targets are already placed manually in $OUT, the bindir and libexecdir
subtrees are not needed; remove them.

cf60ccc330 cutils: Introduce bundle mechanism
Developers often run QEMU without installing. The bundle mechanism
allows to look up files which should be present in installation even in
such a situation.

It is a general mechanism and can find any files in the installation
tree. The build tree will have a new directory, qemu-bundle, to
represent what files the installation tree would have for reference by
the executables.

Note that it abandons compatibility with Windows older than 8. The
extended support for the prior version, 7 ended more than 2 years ago,
and it is unlikely that someone would like to run the latest QEMU on
such an old system.

0e76929d65 fuzz: only use generic-fuzz targets on oss-fuzz
The non-generic-fuzz targets often time-out, or run out of memory.
Additionally, they create unreproducible bug-reports. It is possible
that this is resulting in failing coverage-reports on OSS-Fuzz. In the
future, these test-cases should be fixed, or removed.

2a2359b844 vduse-blk: Implement vduse-blk export
This implements a VDUSE block backends based on
the libvduse library. We can use it to export the BDSs
for both VM and container (host) usage.

The new command-line syntax is:

$ qemu-storage-daemon \
    --blockdev file,node-name=drive0,filename=test.img \
    --export vduse-blk,node-name=drive0,id=vduse-export0,writable=on

After the qemu-storage-daemon started, we need to use
the "vdpa" command to attach the device to vDPA bus:

$ vdpa dev add name vduse-export0 mgmtdev vduse

Also the device must be removed via the "vdpa" command
before we stop the qemu-storage-daemon.

[Changed submodule URL to QEMU's libvfio-user mirror on GitLab. The QEMU
project mirrors its dependencies so that it can provide full source code
even in the event that its dependencies become unavailable. Note that
the mirror repo is manually updated, so please contact me to make newer
libvfio-user commits available. If I become a bottleneck we can set up a
cronjob.

Updated scripts/meson-buildoptions.sh to match the meson_options.txt
change. Failure to do so can result in scripts/meson-buildoptions.sh
being modified by the build system later on and you end up with a dirty
working tree.

05d6814c3e modules: generates per-target modinfo
This patch changes the way modinfo is generated and built. Instead of
one modinfo.c it generates one modinfo-<target>-softmmu.c per target. It

24ce7aa77d modules: introduces module_kconfig directive
module_kconfig is a new directive that should be used with module_obj
whenever that module depends on the Kconfig to be enabled.

When the module is enabled in Kconfig we are sure that its dependencies
will be enabled as well, thus the module will be loaded without any
problem.

The correct way to use module_kconfig is by passing the Kconfig option
to module_kconfig (or the *config-devices.mak without CONFIG_).

4f8db8711c hw/pxb: Allow creation of a CXL PXB (host bridge)
This works like adding a typical pxb device, except the name is
'pxb-cxl' instead of 'pxb-pcie'. An example command line would be as
follows:
  -device pxb-cxl,id=cxl.0,bus="pcie.0",bus_nr=1

A CXL PXB is backward compatible with PCIe. What this means in practice
is that an operating system that is unaware of CXL should still be able
to enumerate this topology as if it were PCIe.

One can create multiple CXL PXB host bridges, but a host bridge can only
be connected to the main root bus. Host bridges cannot appear elsewhere
in the topology.

Note that as of this patch, the ACPI tables needed for the host bridge
(specifically, an ACPI object in _SB named ACPI0016 and the CEDT) aren't
created. So while this patch internally creates it, it cannot be
properly used by an operating system or other system software.

Also necessary is to add an exception to scripts/device-crash-test
similar to that for exiting pxb as both must created on a PCIexpress
host bus.

meson_options.txt. This will come in handy anyway for builtin
Meson options such as b_lto or b_coverage.
