3c0367d0e2 [AArch64, gas] Support ILP32 triplet aarch64*-linux-gnu_ilp32 
This patch allows AArch64 GAS defaulting to ILP32 if it is configured with
aarch64*-linux-gnu_ilp32.

"md_after_parse_args" is implemented to update ABI into ILP32 if DEFAULT_ARCH is
"aarch64:32".

	* configure.tgt: Set "arch" to "aarch64" if ${cpu} equals "aarch64".
	Recognize the new triplet name aarch64*-linux-gnu_ilp32.
	* configure.ac: Output DEFAULT_ARCH macro for AArch64.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* config/tc-aarch64.h (aarch64_after_parse_args): New declaration.
	(md_after_parse_args): New define.

666c6aff6b RISC-V gas: Remove em=linux from configure.tgt 
The use of te-linux.h is unnecessary since the TE_LINUX define is unused
and LOCAL_LABELS_FB is defined to 1 in tc-riscv.h as well.

4e3e1fdf32 Default to --enable-compressed-debug-sections=gas for Linux/x86 
--enable-compressed-debug-sections=gas added to binutils 2.26.  Make it
default for Linux/x86 targets in 2.27.

	* NEWS: Mention --enable-compressed-debug-sections=gas is the
	default for Linux/x86 targets.
	* configure.tgt (ac_default_compressed_debug_sections): Default
	to yes for Linux/x86 targets.

5c0ff16372 alpha-openbsd build failure 
This target doesn't build, due to a missing gas/config/te-obsd.h file.
It's been that way since the commit switching to elf, in 2002.

5197d47436 Default e_machine to EM_IAMCU for i?86-*-elfiamcu 
This patch sets the default ELF output format of assembler and linker to
EM_IAMCU when binutils is configured to i?86-*-elfiamcu target.
