Nick Clifton a70c240376 asintl.h/bucomm.h/ld.h: Prevent the inclusion of <libintl.h> from the Solaris 
version of <locale.h> when ENABLE_NLS is not defined.
gprof.c (main):Only invoke bindtextdomain() and textdomain() if ENABLE_NLS is
  defined.

Nick Clifton 34875e6487 Add a check for <unistd.h> providing a prototype for getopt() which is compatible 
with the one in	include/getopt.h.  If so then define HAVE_DECL_GETOPT.

core_sym_bytes, to make the units from bfd_get_symtab_upper_bound
	more obvious.
	(core_create_function_syms): Discard cbfd argument.  Eliminate
	`offset' variable and calculate VMA directly. Update all users.

	(core_create_line_syms): Likewise.
	* gprof.c (main): Remove #ifdef PROF_SUPPORT_IMPLEMENTED code.
