Joel Brobecker 7d6b320b79 [libiberty/filename_cmp] Darwin has case-insensitive filesystems 
include/ChangeLog:

        * filenames.h (HAVE_CASE_INSENSITIVE_FILE_SYSTEM): Define
        on Darwin, as well as on the systems that use a DOS-like
        filesystem.

	(d_print_init): Initialize it to 0.
	(d_print_flush): Increment it.
	(d_print_comp): If needed flush before appending ", ".  Only
	decrement dpi->len if no flushes happened during the recursive
	call.
	* testsuite/demangle-expected: Add a test for this.
